Eric Mantion
As Vice President of Sales, Eric handles all the needs of sponsors and exhibitors. Under his leadership, FMS will move into a more modern and technology focused process to help our valued customers get the most value from their trade show budgets. But please reach out if you have any new suggestions. FMS is always looking to improve and grow as the world's largest independent event focused on Memory & Storage.
With over 38 years technical expertise, Eric has held a wide variety of jobs from nuclear engineer & civil engineer to industry analyst & technology evangelist. During his 17 year tenure at Intel, his most cherished title was "Nerd Herder." To him, nothing is more exciting than when a room full of geeks get together to solve problems. While at Intel, he was most known for being the brains behind Intel's most innovative marketing & sales gambits, including the Intel Chopper, the ARK website, and the Intel Gaming Truck. In his early career, he was a nuclear submarine officer on the USS Santa Fe and then served as a civil engineer for SEAL Delivery Team ONE.
Eric received a BS in Quantum Physics from the US Naval Academy and then completed post-graduate work in Nuclear Engineering from the Naval Nuclear Power Program; culminating in being certified by Naval Reactors to be a Chief Engineer at any nuclear power plant.
